The point of view
One heritage piece. Everything else, quiet.
Every look I build begins with one piece from home: a Paithani, a Kolhapuri saaj, a Narayan Peth drape, a pair of hand-stitched Kolhapuris.
The rest is edited around it. Ivory, pearl and blush. Fabrics light enough to move in. A drape cut for how women live now.
Tradition stays in the silhouette, never in costume.
The house codes
Five rules for every look.
- I
The hero piece
One heirloom or handloom piece leads every look.
- II
Weightless
Fewer layers, lighter fabrics, a bride who can dance.
- III
Tonal, with one pop
Ivory and pearl, then a single Paithani colour: rani, peacock or mango.
- IV
The modern drape
Nauvari-inspired, belted, pre-draped.
- V
Credit the hand
Every weaver, jeweller and maker is named.
